[ Peregrine isn't one to dance around the facts. If he's interested in someone, he makes is plain. His only hesitation with Nova is that he's never been in this situation with an android before. He can't read her quite like he can others, and so he doesn't know what kind of response to expect from her. Would she be bothered by it? Could she possibly be interested as well? Or maybe none of it would matter. It wouldn't affect her at all.

He has no way of knowing...but honesty has always been his best policy. ]
